Mike Gillen
CEO

Michael Gillen is the chief executive officer of National Carwash Solutions.  Mike has a broad skill set; ranging from leadership and organizational development to strategic planning and operational efficiency improvement.  He has successfully held senior management positions and grown businesses at PepsiCo, Bausch & Lomb, Advo, Inc., J&J, Sunbeam Corporation and Constellation Brands.  Mike has extensive experience and proven capabilities to create and implement management reporting, metrics, and systems to manage value creation throughout the transaction life-cycle including 100-day planning, performance improvement, organizational development, revenue + EBITDA growth and exit.

Mike has more than 35 years of experience in various executive operating positions, and over 20 years of experience as president, CEO or executive chairman. He holds a bachelor of science degree in food systems economics and management from Michigan State University.

Jesse Wurth
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Jesse Wurth was appointed chief financial officer of National Carwash Solutions in July of 2013. He is responsible for the direction of all corporate accounting and financial functions, including operations of MacNeil Wash Systems in Barrie, Ontario, Canada.

His focus is, in part, to enhance NCS's financial systems and improve operational efficiencies throughout the company. His keen attention to continuous improvement and insight on effectively scaling financial functions will help to sustain NCS's double-digit growth and set the stage for accelerated international expansion. Jesse has more than 15 years of experience in various financial advisory and management positions, including work with McGladrey LLP and The Weitz Company—a national full-service commercial construction management company.

He holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of Northern Iowa with honors in accounting and has experience as a practicing Certified Public Accountant.

Steve Snedegar
VICE PRESIDENT, INSTALLATION AND SERVICE

Steve is the vice president of NCS's installation and service businesses. He oversees the installation and service departments as well as the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to grow installation and service revenue streams, control costs, drive EBITDA improvements and deliver a world-class service experience to customers. His organization is comprised of a national footprint of more than 225 employees and leaders responsible for service fulfillment, new product installation and service support.

Prior to NCS, Steve spent four years at Tyco/SimplexGrinnell, the world’s largest manufacturer, installer and service provider of fire and life safety equipment, where he was responsible for the North American service sales and marketing functions. Prior to Tyco, he spent more than a decade with UTC/Otis Elevator where he held various roles, including senior leadership in service operations and sales and marketing functions. Steve holds a bachelor of science in business administration with concentrations in marketing and finance from Old Dominion University.

David Miller
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, MARKETING AND NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

David Miller is senior vice president of marketing and new product development for NCS. In his role, David leads the management team through a marketing portfolio strategy to further grow our market share in the carwash and auto care industries. This role takes advantage of David’s 20+ years of sales, branding, merchandising and marketing leadership roles within packaged goods, retail and durable goods industries. Since joining NCS, David has quickly led the company’s growth initiatives by overseeing marketing, engineering and the new product development pipeline.

Previously, David was senior vice president of marketing and chief merchandising officer for Kum & Go LLC. David holds bachelors’ degrees in business administration and fine arts from the University of Iowa as well as a master’s degree from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Laura Wilson
VICE PRESIDENT, HUMAN RESOURCES

Laura was appointed vice president of human resources in January of 2016 and is responsible for overseeing HR operations for the organization.

Prior to NCS, Laura served five years as vice president of human resources at Voith Paper North America, a prominent manufacturer in the paper industry.

With over 20 years of progressive experience as a human resources professional, she brings critical thinking, coaching and leadership skills to the NCS family. She holds a Master’s degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Michigan State University and certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).

Dave Wingert
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, SALES

Dave Wingert joined National Carwash Solutions as senior vice president of sales. As leader of the sales team, his goal is to continue to drive double-digit growth for the company, a trend NCS has championed for the last two fiscal years.

Dave brings 15 years of sales and marketing leadership experience, including seven years at PDQ Manufacturing, and most recently, as divisional vice president for Lustra Professional Car Care Products. His presence will advance NCS's plan to fulfill the complete, full circle of innovative carwash solutions offered to customers today and into the future.

Dave holds a bachelor of science degree in marketing from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.

Samuel Scull
VICE PRESIDENT, OPERATIONS AND SUPPLY CHAIN

Sam Scull is the vice president of operations and supply chain. In this role, Sam leads the operations group for both the Grimes and Barrie facilities for NCS. This role takes advantage of Sam’s 30 years of experience in providing continuous improvement in the supply chain and operations disciplines in  food equipment manufacturing, kitchen equipment supply, oil and gas equipment manufacturing, office equipment manufacturing, and erosion control products manufacturing and distribution industries.

In previous roles, the companies Sam worked for supported companies such as McDonalds, Subway, Dunkin' Donuts, 7-Eleven and Conoco Phillips, to name a few. Sam attended Metropolitan State college and is a graduate of the JIT Institute and the Hogan Quality Consortium.
