PROBLEM:
Interior BUS Cleaning is Expensive and Time Consuming.

BEST PRACTICE SOLUTION:
Bellows High Speed Vacuum.

The bus travels through the fueling lane and stops with the front door positioned at the bellows. Both the front and rear doors of the bus are opened. The driver pushes the start button located on the front of the bellows, which extend into position at the bus door.

The blower damper is opened and 50HP vacuum turns on and begins pulling airflow from the back door through the front door and into the vacuum. The driver takes the air gun and hose to the rear of the bus and begins to blow deodorized air onto the floor and seats, getting dust and debris airborne. The dust and debris is then pulled through the bus by the airflow, into the bellows, through the duct and into the cyclone separator.

The dust and debris is then separated from the air stream and deposited into a trash receptacle. When the bus is clean, the driver pushes the stop button; the bellows retracts and the damper closes.

NEXT BUS PLEASE.

PROBLEM:
Transit Facilities prefer to sweep debris out of the BUS and Vacuum Key Areas like the Driver’s Seat.

BEST PRACTICE SOLUTION:
Upgrade to Floor Sweep with Vacuum.

NCS offers a floor sweep system where debris is swept from the vehicle into the floor sweeps by the vehicle doors. With the push of a button, newspapers, pop cans, paper cups and other bulky debris is moved directly to a remote dumpster.
